Welcome to the official Civil Service Employees Association's website for Lexington Fayette Urban County Government Employees.  CSEA is a charter entity under LFUCG and was founded as a non-profit association with the following purposes.  To ensure the legal and proper administration of the Civil Service laws in the Code of Ordinances and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  To protect members in the event of violation of Civil Service Laws.  To encourage the formulation of laws and ordinances that strengthen the basic principles of Civil Service.  To consult with the local government on matters pertaining to employee benefits and working conditions.
